The biggest classic of the season is full, and we're not in it. Being ranked 21th (50 points away of the sign up window) made us miss the 2 days’ opportunity to sign up (yes it took 2 days to get full). No even after winning the classic for 3 times (and finishing on the podium another 2 times) made the organizers change their mind and so Qasim Kamal won't have a chance to re-validate his win on the 40th edition of the classic.
And since we won't be in, other teams have a chance to win it. Berger Béni (Silencio) will be the Top favorite on TF! Every other team (despite Rantanplan) will still have a chance to at least get a Top3. Great peloton we'll have this season (once again).
Some other favorites (including 2 S35 Sprint Award candidates):
Yulian Abdulov (NightmareChaos)
Santiago Campelo (Gradient Levellers)
Lambert Van Der Gijp (1 2 Cycle)
Florentin Escalier (Fissa)
Gerard Oosterhof (Kingstowm)
Kyle Wyles (Spin Doctors)
Tadesse Awerson (NJ procycling)
Félix Águeda (Stil Ostil)
Cao Huixiong (BrokenChain)
Fallowing Otto Skoglund's (CCFC) press release, Perceval Lasalle wanted to say something, too:
"A scandal! Yes, we missed the sign up for GT and I failed on the NL Tour prologue. But Still, no mention at the awards at all? Not fair! Kyle Wyles and Cao Huixiong haven't made anything special. They just wish they could race as I do at 30 years of age! 12 results at the Top division should count much more than what they did. I should be there for sure! I'll be back for this award! I'm too young and too respectful to fight for the best oldie award!"

nice preview! :) Don't expect anything myself. Missed Volta myself by not setting tactics on the first race of the season ( might have still missed it anyway though haha )
Lijun would be the 10th member of this list. But even if all of this guys achieve good results, at least 1 of the would be outside the Top9!
Still, good legs will obviously help :)
Good luck to you then!
I am present with Lijun, but he is no favourite, hoping for super legs and a top 9. In this field 9th is pretty good for him.
Too bad you didn't make it, Yuri.
